  • No. While our work may live on social platforms, Luna Sinclair Productions is not an influencer brand. We operate as a production and creative direction studio, partnering with brands to craft intentional, strategy-led visuals designed for long-term use and brand equity.

  • We do not publicly list pricing. Each partnership is custom-designed based on scope, deliverables, usage, and objectives. Pricing is provided following an initial consultation.

  • Both. We offer campaign-based projects as well as ongoing retainer partnerships. Many clients begin with a Luna Preview before transitioning into a longer-term collaboration.

  • All partnerships begin with an inquiry and consultation to ensure creative alignment. From there, we propose a tailored scope and timeline based on your needs.

  • We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks in advance for campaign work. Availability is limited, as we work selectively to ensure quality and attention to detail.

  • Final assets are delivered via a private digital gallery or shared drive, curated and organized for ease of use.

  • All projects require a deposit to secure booking. The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery unless otherwise outlined in a written agreement. We do not begin production without a confirmed deposit.

  • Accepted payment methods are outlined at the time of proposal and may include invoice-based payments via secure digital platforms. Full details are provided once scope and terms are finalized.

  • Standard turnaround time for deliverables is within 12 business days from the final shoot date or receipt of all required assets, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

  • Rush delivery may be available on a limited basis and is subject to additional fees. Availability is not guaranteed and must be discussed prior to project confirmation.

  • Revision terms, if applicable, are outlined in the project agreement. Our process emphasizes clarity and alignment upfront to minimize the need for extensive revisions.

  • Due to the custom and creative nature of our work, all deposits are non-refundable. Once production has begun, payments are not eligible for refund.
