These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Salt & Gold Studios website and the purchase of products offered through Salt & Gold Studios, a division of Haus of Luna Sinclair. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Handcrafted Products
Every Salt & Gold collection is handcrafted to order.
Due to the handmade nature of our collections, slight variations in color, placement, texture, embellishments, and artistic details may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Signature Fit Concierge
First-time clients are required to complete our Signature Fit Concierge process before production begins.
Customers are solely responsible for submitting accurate measurements.
Salt & Gold Studios is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Once your Signature Fit Profile has been saved, it will be used for future orders unless you request an update.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Prices may change without notice.
Production Times
Current production time is 5–7 business days after:
Payment has been received, and
Your Signature Fit Profile has been submitted and reviewed (when applicable).
Production times are estimates and may vary during periods of high order volume.
Shipping
Salt & Gold Studios currently ships within the United States only.
Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because every collection is handcrafted specifically for each customer, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on completed orders.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Product Care
Customers are responsible for following all application, wear, removal, and care instructions provided with their order.
Salt & Gold Studios is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper application, improper removal, or failure to follow provided instructions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salt & Gold Studios and Haus of Luna Sinclair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Website Availability
We strive to maintain accurate information and uninterrupted access to our website; however, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or free of interruptions.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
