For your first purchase, simply select your preferred collection and Signature Shape. After checkout, you'll receive our Signature Fit Kit to determine your custom nail measurements. Once your Signature Fit Profile has been submitted and reviewed, we begin crafting your collection.
Future orders are even simpler—your measurements are securely saved to your client profile, allowing you to order new collections without repeating the sizing process.

Because every nail bed is unique.
Rather than relying on standard sizing, our Signature Fit Concierge creates a personalized sizing profile that allows future collections to fit consistently and comfortably.
This process helps reduce sizing errors and provides a more refined experience with every order.

Your Signature Fit Kit is only required for your first order (or anytime you believe your nail measurements have changed). Once your Signature Fit Profile has been saved, it will be used for future handcrafted collections.

Every Salt & Gold collection is individually handcrafted in our Florida studio using professional-grade materials. Each set is carefully shaped, sculpted, painted, detailed, and inspected before it is packaged for shipment.

We do not maintain pre-made inventory. Every collection is crafted to order, allowing each design to receive the time and attention it deserves.

Production typically begins after your Signature Fit Profile has been received and approved.
Current production times are displayed on each product page. During collection launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

If your collection does not fit due to a sizing error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We'll review your Signature Fit Profile and work with you to determine the best solution.

Due to the custom nature of handcrafted nail collections and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on completed orders.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with craftsmanship, please contact us within 5 days so we can assist you.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
Once crafting has started, cancellations are no longer available.
